AIMFIN is duly registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) under the approval of the Federal Ministry of Justice, Nigeria, in accordance with the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA). This registration confers on AIMFIN full legal personality to operate as a professional institute and educational body in Nigeria.

4. National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA)

AIMFIN has received a formal Letter of Recommendation/No Objection from NITDA, endorsing its programs focused on digital transformation, AI integration, and the ethical application of emerging technologies in national development.

5. National Board for Technical Education (NBTE)

The Institute has obtained a Letter of Recommendation/No Objection from the NBTE, supporting its technical, vocational, and professional education programs in line with national standards for institutional quality assurance and capacity building.

The Artificial Intelligence Management & Finance Institute (AIMFIN) is honored to be formally recognized in the legislative proceedings of the House of Representatives of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
