His Royal Majesty, Dr. John Elaigwu Odogbo is the Och’Idoma V, the paramount ruler of the Idoma Kingdom, and serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees at AIMFIN. A seasoned finance expert, academic, and traditional leader, he holds a Ph.D. and M.Sc. in Accounting & Finance, an MBA, a PGD in Education, and a B.Sc. in Accounting.
Born in 1969 in Agatu LGA, Benue State, he has held notable leadership roles including Chairman and National Ex-Officio of the Association of Senior Civil Servants of Nigeria. As a cultural custodian and development advocate, he champions peace, unity, and institutional excellence.
At AIMFIN, he provides strategic oversight, promotes ethical leadership, and ensures alignment with global governance standards.

Prof. Ode Emmanuel is a renowned academic and the first professor in Africa to be recognised as a specialist in Restorative Justice. As founder of Edexcel University, he is a respected authority in forensic economics, theology, and restorative justice.
He holds advanced degrees in Economics, international law, and diplomacy, as well as three Ph. D.S in key interdisciplinary fields. Prof. Ode is widely recognized for his leadership in advancing ethical governance, justice reform, and educational excellence across Africa.

Rev. Sr. Prof. Christiana Olagunju is a seasoned educationist, administrator, and faith-based leader with over three decades of experience in education, finance, and nonprofit governance. She holds a PhD and DBA in Educational Leadership and Finance, alongside several other academic and professional qualifications.
As Director of Ethics and Compliance at AIMFIN, she ensures adherence to global standards of professionalism and integrity. She currently serves as Administrator of Holy Child College, Ikoyi, where she provides strategic leadership in academic and institutional development.
She is also the President of the Global Council for Peace Ambassadors (GCPA), leading global initiatives in intercultural dialogue and sustainable peacebuilding. A Professorial Fellow of AIMFIN, she is affiliated with multiple professional bodies and is widely respected for her commitment to ethical leadership and transformative education.

Amb. Dr. Praise Reuben Akogwu is a distinguished academic, finance professional, and institutional leader with a multidisciplinary background spanning business, education, finance, and artificial intelligence. As Executive Director and Registrar-General of the Artificial Intelligence Management & Finance Institute (AIMFIN), he provides strategic oversight in the integration of AI - powered solutions into professional education, research, and financial management.
Dr. Akogwu holds a PhD in Accounting, two MSc degrees in Business Administration and Accounting, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education. He is a Fellow of AIMFIN, an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA), a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC), a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), and a licensed member of the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN).
He is a passionate advocate for the use of AI in ethical governance, strategic leadership, and organizational development. Through AIMFIN, he leads initiatives that connect academia with industry, foster innovation, and promote global best practices in finance, management, and technology.

Dr. Francis Toromade is a highly accomplished governance expert, agribusiness strategist, and law enforcement leader with over 30 years of experience. He serves as Chairman of AIMFIN’s Governing Council, where he provides strategic leadership in policy development and professional innovation.
A Deputy Commissioner of Police (Supernumerary Unit), he also leads Premier Agribusiness Academy, having trained over 300,000 farmers and led national projects in collaboration with IITA and USSOY.  His earlier tenure at Amo Byng Nig. Ltd. saw a 1,400% revenue increase, earning him a company feed mill named in his honor.
Dr. Toromade holds a PhD in Business Administration, multiple master’s degrees, and is a Doctoral Fellow of AIMFIN. Prof. Constantine Imafidon Tongo is a renowned Professor of Business Administration, leadership strategist, and governance expert with over 20 years of experience in academia, consulting, and executive development. As 1st Vice President and Professorial Fellow at AIMFIN, he provides strategic guidance in research innovation, professional standards, and leadership capacity building.
He holds a PhD in Business Administration, MBA, and B.Sc. in Microbiology from the University of Benin, with further executive education from IESE Business School, Barcelona and Lagos Business School. Prof. Tongo currently serves as Programme Director of the Executive MBA at Rome Business School Nigeria, and sits on the faculty of James Hope Business School.
A Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC), he has authored over 40 scholarly articles and books translated into six languages. His academic excellence earned him recognition among Elsevier’s Top 500 Nigerian Authors (2012 – 2017).

As Registrar of AIMFIN, he oversees academic records, member services, regulatory compliance, and the execution of induction and certification processes across the Institute’s professional programs.
Dr. Senkoya holds a PhD in Social Statistics, an MSc in Computer Science (AI & Machine Learning), and degrees in Mathematics Education and Data Science, including a BSc(Ed), M.Ed, and BSc in Computer Science. A Fellow of AIMFIN (FAIMFIN), he brings deep interdisciplinary expertise to support AIMFIN’s vision of delivering world-class, AI-powered education and professional development.
He currently also serves as Deputy Registrar at Institut Universitaire La Grâce (IUG), Cotonou, and teaches part-time at various universities, focusing on artificial intelligence, statistics, and mathematics. Barr. Joshua Ejiga is a seasoned legal practitioner, compliance consultant, and governance expert with extensive experience in nonprofit law, corporate advisory, and regulatory affairs. As Legal Adviser to the Artificial Intelligence Management & Finance Institute (AIMFIN), he provides expert counsel on legal compliance, institutional policy, and risk management, ensuring AIMFIN’s operations align with statutory and international professional standards.
With a solid background in corporate and education law, Barr. Ejiga specializes in advising academic institutions, professional bodies, and civil society organizations on incorporation, bylaws, data protection, contract review, intellectual property, and institutional governance. He has represented numerous educational institutions and professional institutes across Nigeria in legal and regulatory matters, including CAC registration, licensing, and policy implementation.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B), was called to the Nigerian Bar (BL), and has completed several continuing legal education certifications in corporate governance, nonprofit law, and professional ethics.

Samson Ola Akinyosoye is a highly accomplished architect, digital strategist, cybersecurity expert, and business development leader with over two decades of multifaceted experience across architecture, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and project management. As Director of ICT at AIMFIN, he oversees the institute’s digital transformation, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity policies, and integration of AI-powered platforms for member services and academic programs.
A licensed architect and Fellow of several prestigious institutes—including the Institute of Management Consultants, Institute of Planning Nigeria, and Institute of Business Development. Arc. Akinyosoye brings a visionary blend of design thinking, digital leadership, and technical acumen to AIMFIN’s operations.
