As Executive Director and Registrar-General of the Artificial Intelligence Management & Finance Institute (AIMFIN), he provides strategic oversight in the integration of AI - powered solutions into professional education, research, and financial management.
Dr. Akogwu holds a PhD in Accounting, two MSc degrees in Business Administration and Accounting, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education. He is a Fellow of AIMFIN, an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA), a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC), a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), and a licensed member of the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN).

Prof. Constantine Imafidon Tongo is a renowned Professor of Business Administration, leadership strategist, and governance expert with over 20 years of experience in academia, consulting, and executive development. Dr. Senkoya holds a PhD in Social Statistics, an MSc in Computer Science (AI & Machine Learning), and degrees in Mathematics Education and Data Science, including a BSc(Ed), M.Ed, and BSc in Computer Science. Ejiga specializes in advising academic institutions, professional bodies, and civil society organizations on incorporation, bylaws, data protection, contract review, intellectual property, and institutional governance.
